UGH. UGH. UGH.
Poor Massa, that was really sad. AND KIMI. Okay I know I'm biased because Massa's was a huge loss and Kimi's not so but UGH.
Yay Alonso! I'd rather Alonso win than Hamilton. Which actually doesn't matter much because Hamilton's leading the championship. But oh well.
Damn it!

From The Ritz To The Rubble
Singapore is going to be on international TV. :0 So exciting. Heh.
And, Kimi Raikkonen is currently in the same country as I am! :D
And, I was somewhere within a 3km radius of him! 3km because I'm not very sure how far 3km is. Heh. But my dad drove over the bridge over the track! But there were no cars because the race hadn't started yet. But it was pretty cool, everyone was driving so slowly and we could see the back where all the tents were and there were a lot of people and it made me wish I were there.
And I think with that paragraph, I have managed to horribly butcher the English language. Oh well.
I think my cousin/ husband is awesome. :D

Journey of the Featherless
Grand pianos crash together
When my boy walks down the street
There are whole new kinds of weather
When he walks with his new beat
Everyone sings hallelujah
When my boy walks down the street
Life just kind of dances through ya
From your smile down to your feet
Amazing
He's a whole new form of life
Blue eyes blazing
And he's going to be my wife
Haha that song is stuck in my head. I suppose it's my fault for listening to it so much, but it's catchy. :D

When Water Comes To Life
Alright, here's attempt at part II of the massive post I promised Pam... Though all my inspiration for blogging was spent yesterday, I can't rightly remember anything interesting to say now.
Here's something from Gail's blog, we were discussing it on the train:
if jane were a book she'd be the kind that introduces bargains in the heartlands,
with the coupon section at the back.
amoeba would be something fantasy-ish, with sci-fi thrown in and lots of magic.
Jocelyn would be a beauty book (magical eyeliner!).
Padma would be the restaurant reviews, critique-ish stuff, preferably racist. HAHAHAHA.
khoobles would be the cookbook, or DIY instructions.
and i'd be the sappy love story with the science notes in the margins.
I'm a little subdued right now. Am strangely deflated even though I was looking forward to today. Did my usual hang-out-at-the-library-and-ogle-books for a bit after the paper today, but I only borrowed one. I haven't been reading much lately. There's loads I want to read, but I usually can't find them at the library.
By the way, I like how Hamsty randomly posts lyrics in colours on her blog. Heh. I shall try to do that too. (: I don't know, it makes it more interesting.
Oh and, I think I'm going to have to reuse titles for my posts. Haha. Because I can never remember what I've used before and I still like the same songs, so yes.
Um.
Everyone who's having promos, please don't stress too much, it would be nice to have fully functional people to hang out with later.
I am so screwed. D:
Anyway Gail and I were talking about how we would give our pets identity disorders. Like, she's going to call her next dog Neko and if I get a cat I'm calling it Sashimi. (:
If I could open my arms
And span the length of the isle of Manhattan,
I'd bring it to where you are
Making a lake of the East River and Hudson
If I could open my mouth
Wide enough for a marching band to march out
They would make your name sing
And bend through alleys and bounce off all the buildings
Stand By Me

House Of Cards
23 September 2008, 10.33pm
Look I am blogging! On Microsoft Word haha. Because if I actually use the internet, I am never going to get off. And I am already deviating from my ideal plan of coming straight home to mug for Math! Because the TV is actually really interesting.
TV today was awesome and I am kind of high now.
1. Fiveoclock show on Channel 8. I am tempted to call it a period drama because I heard it and it’s a nice term but it’s really not. A period drama, I mean. I think.
2. Brief moment where there was nothing else to watch and my brother was watching an episode of Lockdown on Discovery that we watched yesterday. It makes me think of Prison Break, heh. Which I should totally catch up on.
3. I got really excited when I saw Teen Titans on Cartoon Network but it was just the music video. And my brother and I had a debate on whether Teen Titans is Japanese. They are obviously not! I think.
4. I switched to the Chinese channels to check what was on and there was HYD 2! The first episode haha. BUT I SAW IKUTA TOMA. Oh mannnn. I was grinning like crazy at the TV and I bet my sister thought it was because of the guy-rescues-girl-from-bullies dynamic but no it was just Toma. *heart* (By the way, I have no idea if the word dynamic is appropriately used there. But I randomly slot in words like that all the time, nobody even understands what I’m saying anyway. Heh.)
5. Sevenoclock Chinese drama on Channel 8. Typical plot- family business, wayward brother, confident successful woman married to man with foreshadowing of extramarital affairs (On the guy’s part, when is it not?), REALLY bad seduction.
6. Calefare. Not much to say about it.
7. First Class! Omg I never knew Singapore shows were so awesome. It was after Calefare and I saw the ads with the Don’t forget to check out Miss Tew’s videos (: and Utt looking like Clark Kent and I have a thing for cute nerdy shy guys so yes. Omg the awesome! Raju Rajasomething reminded me of when Jane and Gail would randomly go onetwothree and see who could say Kala’s name the fastest. Oh man! Good times. And the shortshortshort skirts of random passerby schoolgirls were just so… right. And the girl who wants to beat up everyone. She’s so cute! And best of all Billy Yew Boo Lee which made me stand in the living room and laugh. And then I laughed all the way to the kitchen and to my maid through the window and she looked at me weirdly.
8. The advertisement where the guy falls down and stuffs a note into the collar of his trusty collie who runs over fields and through rivers until he sees a female collie and goes Hello and she goes Helloo and they run off together into the sunset happy together forever leaving the poor guy stranded in the wilderness and then The Voice tells you to trust FedEx instead. SO CUTE. AND SO FUNNY.
On a random note, I think my brother is awesome, he actually laughs with me.
And has anyone noticed that Fiona Xie has taken over Singapore teevee? She was on the sevenoclock Chinese drama and on Calefare and First Class. And she is sort of pretty but I don’t think I like her.
That was a really long post all about teevee and I shall go attempt to study now. ):
P.S- A little too late, but PLEASE DON’T LET ME RETAIN. I am seriously screwed.
